Refunds & Exchanges

If your Hunt + Kelly garment wasn’t what you expected we will be happy to provide you with a refund on full-priced items where:

  1. The items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached

  2. The items have not been worn, damaged or washed

  3. You notify us for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receipt

  4. The items are faulty when you receive them
  5. The items received are different to the goods you have ordered


 Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds on Hunt + Kelly items purchased through other retailers
    We do not refund original shipping fees
    We do not refund, exchange or offer credit notes on sale goods unless deemed faulty. All sales on sales goods are final.

Exchanges


You may exchange your garment for any item of your choice (subject to availability) upon receipt of returned garments, we will issue you with a credit voucher to the value of your return. This voucher is valid for 3 months and redeemable online or at one of our pop-up stores.

Exchanges can only be accepted if:

  1. The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
  2. The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
  3. You notify us to exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods

How to

  1. Request your return or refund via our email address hello@huntkelly.com with message line return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Please include in the email your address details, reason for return and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund.

  3. Once your refund/exchange has been approved we will send you an email with the address you need to return your items to and a customer refund number. We may also request your bank details to refund your purchase price.
  4. Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account).
  5. Refunds will be made via the same platform goods were purchased by. Return shipping will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty. Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
